For the longest time it bothered me as well, but after years of self-reflection I realized that deep down all I really want is a purely physical relationship, and now I’m at peace with it.

Honestly, fuck Audible. I’ve been very underwhelmed by their service. They charge you a membership fee like it were a streaming service but only let you have one book per month. What a fucking scam.
To be fair, purchasing a single audiobook for $15 or less is pretty inexpensive. I buy audiobooks from them on the regular, because if I buy 3 credits for $30 that’s like $10 per book. Can’t beat that with a stick.
What I don’t like is how they put yellow ribbons on their cover art. Who wants to buy media with a cheap looking store-brand sticker permanently stuck on the cover? But that’s what I have my media server for, since I can use whatever cover I want.

I’m angry about the writing style of Spider Man No Way Home. It reeks of the lazy writing style called fuck it lets invalidate everything! Known offenders that use this are the Disney Sequels, Infinity War, Endgame and Spider Man No Way Home.

Well since this is the bitching thread, I hate the terms “Disney Sequels” and “Disney Star Wars” cuz it implies a degree of involvement Disney never had. Modern Star Wars is mostly Lucasfilm’s fault. The only thing Disney did was provide absurd deadlines and sign the paychecks.

Okay so yesterday we finally got the all-clear from the provincial government to continue our 10 person activities until Christmas and it was such a relief and now just today my relatives announce they’re cancelling over covid so no party anyway. It’s unbelievably frustrating to cancel something that’s been in the works for weeks two days before.

Hey there.
Having some anger issues myself, quotes. Things keep going wrong, and I can’t fix them.
People say “it’s not worth getting upset over”
But in my mind, that is like saying, “what you care about is not important”.
Or “train yourself to let go of everything you fear to lose.”
That advice was not very helpful in ROTS.
