Thanks for clearing that up... I have always wondered why the DVDs my in-laws send me are listed as Region "1 y 4" (1 and 4) but are NTSC. I know that other than "1 and 4" they also have just R4 discs in Mexico so that means that their DVD Players are mostly multi-region with NTSC and PAL capabilities.
