It doesn’t look like this site linked is up and running anymore. Any scans out there of the gold version covers? Can’t find them anywhere.
In the An Index & Help Thread for Case Covers, Disc Labels, and Fan Art thread there is a section for ‘Generic Custom Cover website links’ (some with both official and custom Star Wars covers & disc art).
In this section is a list of 30+ generic cover sites - offering both custom and official covers for many franchises out there - including Star Wars.
Some sites no longer function, or are not functioning at present (but may again in the future) - and some are working okay now.
A very quick look through the list of sites… and I found these 2006 GOUT DVD bonus disk gold label covers:-
