Dude, don't even bother. I run across this all the time. Seems most prominant in folks from the midwest and southern regions of the US.

Oh... and the only thing even remotely interesting in the whole of Star Trek is a bit of the Next Generation series. Oh, and Wrath Of Kahn kicks a bit of ass. The few episodes of Firefly rock the socks off of anything that Trek ever did. (And I do NOT watch sci fi television. Or really ANY television for that matter. I was given Firefly by a friend to test drive.)

I don't know what irritates me more. People who hate everything (see AintItCoolNews Talk Backs) or people who stand, nose in the air, dismissing, judging and labelling things without any knowledge on which to base their opinions (see the states of Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas, etc.).
