I’ve only had a chance to check out the beginning so far, but I noticed some small visual glitches that I thought might be worth bringing up.

During the crawl, it looks like a grain layer has been applied to the entire frame, including the black letterbox bars. It noticeably lightens up the bars compared to the rest of the film, and you can see the grain pattern on them, which I found a bit distracting since they are not actually part of the filmed image. The grain also seems to get somewhat murdered by compression, even at the 30GB size. It’s more noticable if you artificially brighten the image. Here’s a comparison of your and Hal’s crawls with the brightness turned up in Photoshop to illustrate what I mean.

I also noticed compression artifacts in dark scenes seem oddly prevalent considering the filesize and I’m wondering if this has something to do with the color grading. (Again the images are artificially brightened here so it’s more obvious)

This is probably a case of the pot calling the kettle black since my edits tend to have some noticeable compression as well (especially in Episode II where I use second and third generation sources) but it seemed like you put a lot of work into this so I thought I would make sure you were aware.
