Would be awesome if you remove

  • Jedi Rocks
  • Ewoks beating storm troopers
  • Chewies Tarzan Yell

Could you add better laser blasts like your ANH Devastator Edition.

Maybe a version with serbastian Shaw and another with Hayden Christensen.

That’s all I can think of for now.

I’m interested in why you seem to prefer the 2011 BluRays as a source over the 19SE. They have their pros and cons, and the former has a long history of being reviled.

Perhaps even though the unmodified 19SE is more palatable than the 2011, modified versions of each could shake that up?

In the case of ROTJ, I found the 19SE and 4K83 to cohere pretty well, far moreso than the 2011.

My stance on revising fan edits.

well, It’s because they have the least DNR, Not that they don’t have it mind you.
Also, It’s much easier to color grade. But some scenes that lack detail or are out of focus, I will replace those with the 19SE source, color-matched of course.

I’ll be interested to see how your project coheres with the 4K83 footage you’ll use. I say that just because I found the 2011 version of ROTJ really difficult to work on. Granted I don’t know much about color correction.
