Wikipedia also cites an unknown date showing of the Cantonese Chinese TVB dubbing for the OT :

So I don’t trust Wikipedia 100%.

What makes this discrepancy confusing is that Yoda is voiced Jyun Gaa-coeng, but this is not listed on Wiki. Maybe the next step is scouring Chinese sources?
