A change that really gets me is the one when they switch out Lak Sirvak and the other wolfman alien to the likes of the Elephant Man and some chain-smoking lizard. They really don't fit in with the scenes at all. Another thing that annoys me is the fact that they're both just 1 puppet and the lizard guy is just the back of the Elephant Man's head which is easy to tell from the scene with him in Mos Eisley. Nice going Lucas.....

What if Lucas changed ROTS so that Grievous shot first, before Obi-Wan on Utapau?

It wouldn't surprise me if he did, in order to make the movie less violent and more kid-friendly. (I can't believe I just typed that)
