The original 1999 DVD does have the mono mix, but the Laserdisc PCM mono has been captured by someone.
In the meantime, take a look at a rare behind the scenes photo posted on instagram by MacGillivray Freeman Films, who did all the aerial photography for The Shining and make IMAX films today.

AFAIK, the 1999 DVD is from the same video master. All the 1999 Kubrick DVD’s, (except for Eyes Wide Shut of course) were older video masters.
