Why not go all the way and remake Sonic Adventure 1 and 2. Release that plus a remake of Sonic '06 as the Sonic Adventure Trilogy (because let’s face it, '06 is Sonic Adventure 3).
Anyway, I hear the Sonic '06 fan remake in the Generations engine is quite good.
