I see what the thought is, but this structure is kiiiiinda awkward. And definitely inferior to what it is in v1 either way. Could do some slight tweaking on the specific wording in paragraph 3 in v1 to make it clearer (meh, unnecessary) but other than that, pointless to change from our original, imo.
