Has anyone ever tried doing this? Take the first two seasons of Seinfeld and edit them together as a film?

I’m thinking about editing a new finale for Seinfeld, using footage from previous episodes and deleted scenes to create a new story.
Very interested, any more details?
For me I’ve thought about cutting together four or five episodes into a single indie style film. Using mainly episodes from seasons one and two.

What I’ve decided to do instead is cut together the “Kramer in LA” arc into a 69 minute long film. This is because of what the creators said about wanting that arc to be more “cinematic”, and like you could edit the three together into a single film. So that’s what I’m gonna do.
Gonna probably call it, “Seinfeld: The Movie”.
