Maybe not the most helpful comment, but I certainly didn’t expect the Boba story to end with him in prison (?) and the Slave I blowed up.
I enjoyed the episode, though!I was just looking over old comments and had a new thought about this:
We only see Boba a few times in TCW, the first of which being this one where he ends up in prison. There’s a later episode where we see him very clearly still in prison, but then a later episode where he’s out of prison, and it’s not explained why. You’d imagine that all of those activities carried quite a large sentence, but somehow he’s released. I might see what I can do about the second episode (the Rako Hardeen arc for those who know it) to see if I can draw on an angle which results in Boba’s escape.
Since Bossk is one of the main instigators of the prison riot in the Rako Hardeen arc, I don’t think it’s that big of a stretch to assume both him and Boba found their way out off-screen amidst the chaos.
