I’m glad you’re incorporating Moffs into your prequel era in a way that gradually transitions to their role in the OT. Tarkin really should have had a role in the PT beyond a cameo. Someone that important in the Imperial hierarchy, who was basically the main villain of the first movie, really deserves at least some setup.
