They’ll keep doing soft reboots (I count TFA as a soft reboot), but I highly doubt a hard reboot or official multiverse will ever happen. They’ll just play around with different parts of the timeline. The traditional story structure and tropes will mostly remain the same, though. Some “new” Sith or offbrand Sith will emerge and the Jedi will be sparse or almost extinct, being still regarded as mythical figures of the past.
