There is an older 1080p reconstruction of ESB 1997 from Adywan. From memory, it is mostly accurate apart from the Falcon cockpit shots which are zoomed in as seen in the 2004 and later SE. Note that the Hoth scenes are very, very white in this version - hardly a hint of blue anywhere.
