Any new content on Disney Plus will be full 4K HDR going forward, and if Clone Wars Season 7 is anything to stand by, I have high expectations from it. While people have critized Mando’s HDR transfer (and understandably so), Clone Wars s7 had a top notch release all around, and if anything my season 1-6 upscales were designed to match them in quality as much as I could. That same process will now apply to Rebels.

I would like to do edits of Bad Batch and Kenobi at some point, but those will come at a much later time and simply may not be even necessary for me to do personally. There also remains the possibility that Bad Batch could influence the RoTS cut due to its timing of events, but I want to tread that line very carefully as I do feel their story is distinct and separate from Ahsoka and Anakin’s storylines and wouldn’t merge together the same way TCW/ROTS/2k3 Clone Wars did. We’ll see.
