I feel like most people do that anyway. For me, it’s still possible to get out of ‘analyst’ mode when listening to a song for entertainment. Or a film, for that matter.
By the way Spuff, please don’t ignore the advice on the ‘If you need to bitch about something’ thread. I agree with it wholeheartedly, if you have severe thoughts of shame or self-hatred a therapist will help more than you know. Many people on here get worried every time you come to us to open up about your feelings, and want to see you feel better. You just need a better outlet for what you want to say.
