Reading the High Republic novels has increased my already high interest in this.
What high republic novels would you suggest?
I’d only recommend the High Republic for anyone interested in an entire new era of Star Wars. It doesn’t have that OT atmosphere of rebellion against an oppressive regime. It still feels like Star Wars, just during a time when the Jedi and the Republic were at their peak. There are adversaries though, and even tragedy.
I’d start with the first one, “Light of the Jedi.” It sets everything up and introduces a lot of new characters.
