Well I've removed the SP2 and now my torrents seem to work again BUT - AFTER I removed it my DVD Decrypter and TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6 both no longer worked!!!!!!!!!!

WTF!

BUT I was able to restore them to working order after I uninstalled them and ran RegCleaner to remove all the stuff - then IT WORKED!!

So MAYBE SP2 has some flaws but I'll wait until some more updates and patches pop up then I'll do it again.
