Aside from the hospital scene, (which was cut after the opening weekend in the U.S, and not in any UK version to my knowledge) I’m not aware of any other variations. Are you able to take screenshots?
Some foreign prints had Jack’s typed pages in different languages as well as the title cards.

Thanks for the images! I see a bit more headroom than other open matte transfers. I would be interested in seeing the whole thing one of these days.
