The idea I had to make sure that he receives the credit for his efforts, is to insert a splash screen at the end of the credits. Anybody who has let a DVD run to the end of the credits knows what I mean, when the company that did the authoring and encoding has their five seconds of fame with one of those screens. I think it would be appropriate, since he certainly deserves the same recognition as the encoders of any other DVD, and still leaves the movie intact.
Anyway, if that was all a joke or I missed the post that would have answered my question already, I apologize... I've got a pregnant wife and two jobs so I can't always catch every post.
