Is it possible to properly remove the “all” from both the lines of dialogue in that final exchange between Palpatine and Rey to make the dialogue less clunky, without suddenly skipping a couple of frames or anything?
Here’s an attempt with taking out both instances of “all”:

It didn’t work as well with Palpatine, so here’s a version with “Am all the Sith” and “Am the Jedi”, which I think works better:

Both have music lined up at the top and tail, the music cut out for a beat at the end in the original version, so I was able to keep it clean and in sync. The music comes back in sync with the original film after her line, right as she strikes with the second saber.
You said you were going to do this edit?
Sorry, I forgot!
I’m finding the same with After effects. Roto2 tool just doesn’t pick up the colour well. I’m doing something similar with Poe’s shirt and I think I’m gonna have to paint each frame.
Wait, you’re changing Poe’s clothes? I’m curious about that if you have a sample…
