I'm still attempting to obtain moderately-priced hardware solutions. I'm looking at a couple of processing amps and hope to have a frame synchronizer (time base corrector) by next week.

Does anyone know of any line doublers or video scalers that will output to RCA composite or S-Video instead of just VGA (or any of its spinoffs)? Or, by chance, is there a cable that goes from VGA to RCA or S-Video? I'm looking at this as an option to solve the deinterlacing problem.
