This is a rough draft of the Battle of Sullust, which will take place between Luke’s visit to Dagobah and the Rebel Fleet meeting where they have a briefing about the second Death Star. It’s stated in the movie that the Rebels were gathering above Sullust, and also it’s in the new Disney canon that the Rebels sent in a smaller force before the larger fleet arrived to clear out any Imperial remnants. This also gives Han one last opportunity to fly the falcon in action. Unfortunately, the footage I have of Han is from the Holiday Special and isn’t of the highest quality. If anyone knows of a restored or upscaled version of the Holiday Special I could use for this edit, it would be greatly appreciated. I’m going to completely redo the sound effects for this battle, and then use a score from either Shadows of the Empire or one of the Gordy Haab Battlefront OSTs. I’ve lowered the contrast, increased lighting and added a sharpen filter to make it look more realistic and match the rest of the movie, but I still need to add film grain.
