As it turns out, having watched The Mandalorian has put me back into a Star Wars mood.

Is there anything we could do to help you continue work on The Starlight Project?

Or, would you be open to releasing a full-quality “lite” version that includes the most important changes?

And then we could work toward a more feature-complete version for a later date?

I would love to do a re-watch of The Force Awakens with your changes—notably the Hosnian Prime destruction sequence—as it’s the best of the TFA fanedits I’ve seen. But the current workprint is just too poor an encode and resolution.

All your other ideas for this project are great and I’d like to see them come to fruition, but I’m willing to put them on pause if a higher quality version of the film with your Hosnian Prime sequence is made available.

What do you think? Anything I could do to try and convince you?
