oojason left the site some time ago. He left a post in the ‘Goodbye’ thread.
No, we’re not the same person. A few people on here do know this for sure, as they tracked him down to another site a few of us frequent, looking for dirt and info on oojason and accusing him of having socks or friends on here or something similar. The friends on here part is correct. The people who did the tracking down don’t like to talk about it though, probably because they’d have to actually admit tracking ooj down if they did. I’m told they have been quiet on the matter since.
Why much of our posting is similar is that a couple of us have finished up his incomplete projects on here, using his part-finished draft notes, links, layout and formatting (and copying & pasting). It was mentioned at the time in the project threads.

I am still in touch with TV’s Frink. I can believe someone might have called oojason, but it was not Frink or any of the others I talk to. Linking that incident directly to him is utter bullshit and you should be ashamed.

It is you who have just linked TV’s Frink to the person(s) phoning ooj.
For the record I don’t think it was Frink either. Someone else likely in, or feeding off those PM threads on here, on other sites, in 40-page threads about this place, or various Discords over the past 2 years, for sure.
I have nothing to be ashamed about (well, not on here anyway). So take your mock indignation, accusation at me, and go discuss it with the ‘others you talk to’ in the ‘oojason

This is all very weird and toxic. And for that reason, and having finished ooj’s projects, I’m out. I really like this place, love classic Star Wars, the history of the site and what it does. But I have no desire to end up receiving the attention, harassment, stalking and malicious contacts that oojason did, or does. So it is bye from me.
I hope to be worthy of at least mention on your many platforms continuing to shit or vent on this place, or the mods & admin here. Though hopefully not the rest of it. Time will tell on that.
To the regular straight up people on the site, and those who make an effort to contribute on here, good luck for the future. I think it may be needed.
