It may be a good idea to step away from the internet for a bit Spuff.
Get some fresh air, go for a walk, read a book, play a game, listen to some music (not on the pc), learn a practical skill, try and relax a little more. Maybe watch some comedies, mix your daily routine up.
Maybe do all the above at the same time 😉
