Remember I'm not looking for anything fancy, just decent quality and sound , and maybe a simple menu. I can make a menu through TMPGEnc right? I thought TMPGEnc does authoring too? Am I wrong?

- TMPGEnc3XP will encode your video for you (there are also a few settings that you can change to help improve the resulting picture - soften block noise is one of them )

- TMPGEncDVDAuthor will do what you ask - You can input MPEG1 or MPEG2 and then Edit the files - then Author a MOTION menu - THEN you can use NERO to burn the resulting VIDEO_TS folder

I will help you do it - I have all the needed software and MORE - So I'd love to help

PM me about the DVD conversion stuff
