S05E10-13 - The Droid Commandos Arc - Objectionable - Not Including

Fuck me, what a horrible arc. An extremely abrasive goofy character is introduced, with a preposterous bit of plot that necessitates the introduction of yet more silly slapstick characters and some nonsense plots in a featureless environment the colour of sick.

It introduces Gregor, who later appears in Rebels, but tough fuckin’ luck because this arc is the main reason we need an ‘objectionable’ rating in the first place.

I appreciate George wanted to lean into his more artistic existential inklings with this one, and I get that ‘Sunny Day’ wanted to explore programming versus instinct. I know Star Wars can be pretty much every genre. But nah. Not this, not here.
