I’m done with the media. I usually mindlessly scroll YouTube and reddit (I don’t have an account on either of those) just to find something to relate to. It barely works. I just go into a rabbit hole of filth, vile places of nothing but pure ugliness. Help me please. I can’t live. I’m depressed.

Reading a book is also supposed to be quite healthy, or spare time permitting you could even take up a new hobby. I hope you start feeling better soon.
