I don’t know why I’ve never seen this before now, but McQuarrie’s Wampa design was way creepier than any of the live action versions they actually built.
^ I think that came from a book called The Illustrated Star Wars Universe from 1995 . It featured concepts for the films as well as many new paintings and Illustrations by McQuarrie and others .
