I don’t think the new dialogue does anything to explain their actions or humanize them in any way. It just sounds awkward and out of place.
I was hoping it would (I’d actually avoided listening to any of the samples, I wanted to hear it fresh when V1 dropped without all the iterations coloring my perception), but it sadly did not. It’s really the only blemish to me in the whole package.
