It is the ghost of the old, talented version of Lucas screaming in agony as he hears the actors say their lines. Or maybe not.

It's without a doubt a deliberate creative decision
Looks like Obi-wan's Mini-me force ghost (from Ep II) sneaking up on Anakin.
Fez: I am so excited about Star Whores.
Hyde: Fezzy, man, it's Star Wars.

Thanks Arnie! I am at work right now and as I read that I started laughing like an idiot. I hate it when people ask you what you are laughing at. They wouldn't find it funny if I told them. Hmm, I should memorize some hysterical dirty joke and have it on hand to tell them if something like this happens again.

My second guess about that thing would be that it is the ghost of Sir Alec Guinness. The poor man's spirit is trapped in a personal hell where he has to spend eternity on the set of Lucas' movies. I would say it is possible he haunts Skywalker Ranch by choice, but I know he would have better things to do with eternity than waste his time like that.
It must be awful, just imagine those walls of endless green screen his poor tormented spirit has to bounce around in all day. The mere thought makes me shudder!

Add in “Changes to the Constitution”, “Eleveator Antics”, “Shaak Ti killed by Anakin”, PS2’s Dooku line, Fallen Order, 2003’s Battle of Coruscant, and Siege of Mandalore.

Also add Qui-Gon’s VO from TCW.

Instead of someone doing to VO, use Qui-Gon’s lines from TCW.

SandMTV, how do you even find these threads? It seems like every few days an ancient thread reappears because you’ve stumbled across it. There’s quite a few Siege of Mandalore/Revenge of the Sith mashups now, and Bobson Dugnutt has completed a project adding lots of other deleted footage to ROTS.

One of the Siege of Mandalore/Revenge of the Sith mashups that I know of is Madman’s Knowledge’s Revenge of the Sith Extended Edition.

The length of it is 3 hours and 52 minutes.

The part titles are the same as the Siege of Mandlore Arc episodes and one epilogue chapter: “A New Hope”.

First, it has 2 Lucasfilm logos which is sort of similar to the two Paramoun Logos from Transformers: The Last Knight.

Secondly, The title crawl is similar to the final narration of the Clone Wars and the opening montage is in the background. Mechasalesman/NumeralJoker should’ve done that for the film arcs.

It has smooth music transitions and the live action volume has turned to match the Animation’s volume.

Ahsoka, Rex, Bo-Katan, and the gang arrives on Mandalore after Anakin reunites with Padme and the Siege of Mandalore is after the Battle of Coruscant. Why? Because Obi-Wan says to Anakin that they can arrive to Coruscant within the hour meaning they are near Coruscant meaning that it would take too Long to Mandalore than to Coruscant.

I really love the edit of the sewers scene because it combines the ending of “Old Friends Not Forgotten” and “The Phantom Apprentice”. However the final shot of “Old Friends not Forgotten” was removed as well as the first 3 shots of “The Phantom Apprentice” because it doesn’t tell the viewer anything."

After Ahsoka says “We lost him!” it transitions to Greivous arriving on Utapau. Chronologically, Ahsoka’s events had to stop here because in the next scene she was talking to Obi-Wan which was after the council decides to send Obi-Wan to Utapau. The first time we see Utapau is the first scene we see Palpatine as Sidious. I think it’s worth to have Maul mention “Darth Sidious” and set up an ominous tone and the next scene we see Greivous talking to Sidious telling him the the Clone Wars is going to be over soon which confirms what Maul says and promises Greivous victory is assured.

The title placement of “The Phantom Apprentice” was after Palpatine says that he will have a new apprentice far younger and more powerful than Lord Tyranus which was right before the balcony part because Anakin is the Phantom Apprentice.

After the council picks Obi-Wan to go to Utapau and the Battle of Kashyyk start, we transition to Ahsoka talking to Obi-Wan.

Here’s my theory: Ahsoka tells Obi-Wan “Tell Anakin.” And by that she means to tell Obi-Wan to tell Anakin why she cannot contact him because there is an attack that she is investigating.

After Obi-Wan leaves Utapau, we transition to Almec’s cell. But there is an tiny error in the wipe.

Anyways, Almec’s dying words to Ahsoka is that it’s Anakin is who Maul had a vision of. I really love mentioning a character and the next scene has that character. After Bo-Katan looks up to where Saxon is going to it fades to black to Anakin’s Nightmare and then to Anakin.

Right after Anakin says “I promise you” to Padme, we transition to Mandalore where we get the Battle for Mandalore.

After Maul gets captured, we transition to Obi-Wan arriving on Utapau.

Maul being placed in his cell is symbolism of Anakin being placed in a cell…

The scene of Yoda sensing Anakin’s fall is moved after Palpatine says “We shall have peace”. It means that Yoda senses Anakin’s fall at the same time Maul and Ahsoka senses this.

Also Ahsoka’s Order 66 scene is placed during the montage and it’s right after Stass Allie gets shot on Saleucami and it cuts to the Venator ship and then cuts to Rex’s eyes. After Rex yells “Stay back!” it cuts to Kashyyk to see Yoda survived and then it cuts back to Ahsoka and the track “Anakin’s Betrayal” aka “Lament” fades out when Rex tells Ahsoka to find Fives. After Rex and his gang looked at the hole that Ahsoka made by delfecting the blasters we cut back to the Jedi Temple.
