Yeah, optical flow is pretty cool, it fills in the gaps between frames so slow mo looks far more seamless.
That whole sequence is looking awesome. The only thing I might suggest changing is that I don’t like breaking up the clip of the ties flying above the forest.
I’d have the full shot of the ties above the forest, then the pilot, then cut to the troop carriers landing.
What would really be good is another shot of the ties, like coming at the camera, that appears after the pilot. But I’d have to find one and some how animate them into frame, and I’m not great at that.
