In the UK:

‘When SAGE called for short lockdown 5 weeks ago, UK had 4,964 new cases a day, 1,502 Covid patients in hospital, 28 deaths.

Yesterday, there were 21,915 new cases, 10,000 Covid patients in hospital, 326 deaths.’

and the UK Government once again treats the North, Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland differently form the south and the capital. 67% of wages for the rest of you - until London is affected then it is suddenly up to 80%… despite arguing with the rest of the country just days prior about how they couldn’t afford it. Strange, that.
