That first scene should definitely be cut.

As far as the rest of the episode, it will clearly be relevant, but we don’t know yet what all will be relevant. Chapter 9 is already the length of two Chapters from season 1. Until we know what all we’re getting, we can’t really make decisions about what to cut or keep (for story, I get that there was some epic action and such). Most of this episode doesn’t seem like it will be significant in the overarching plot, excepting the shot of Boba Fett at the end. If Fennec shows back up in season two, you could use The Gunslinger and just have the shot of Boba Fett as a lead-in for the end tag of that scene.
