Yes, to poppasketti you listen! I can live with either, especially with how much work has been done to repair the film on this site. I understand both opinions, but I am in the Rey Nobody camp.

Just checked out workprint 6.1, the Knights of Ren “surprised” voiceover work when Ben reveals the lightsaber is somehow not hitting right. There’s nothing in the KoR voice pack, but I think if you’re feeling there must be something there instead of silent physical reactions, Hal, I think something as simple as a deadpan “no” would work great (a la Agent Smith when he’s caught off guard by the helicopter and minigun in The Matrix? Anyone?)

That doubled use of “traitor” being corrected makes me feel more on board with the VO work for the Knights of Ren. After checking out a little of that voice pack, I do like vicrul’s “You’re a disgrace” a lot as well, but much like “Knights of Ren.” / “Ghouls” there isn’t much space to get anything to read with music, effects, and how quick the original cuts are.

Speaking of “Knights of Ren.” “Ghouls.” did anyone ever try recording the word “zealots” or “madmen”? I know the word cultists features in a First Order officer line just a few shots later, so “cultists” couldn’t be used. (Feel free to ignore this tangent, I have read a bunch of the thread and know this has gone round a few times)

With the quality of this workprint alone, I am super excited for kewl to finish that saber work and Rey Nobody cut to happen. This makes me so much happier than the theatrical version!
