Earlier this year, the film “Batman Forever” reached its 25th anniversary. But fans are aware of a longer cut prepared by director Joel Schumacher, who sadly passed away this year at age 80. Some of the deleted footage was included as bonus material on the 2005 DVD as well as the Blu-Ray. But what will happen to the remaining footage and why isn’t Warner Bros willing to release the extended cut as a tribute to Mr. Schumacher?
