It's good policy to report a sale when the offering price is beyond resonable. (but $2.47 is not going to cover the cost of two discs and the case) IE, when the sellers looking for profits not distributing for the love of the material. ...and how you judge this is up to you... the grey line between copyright infringement and fair use is a vague one.
