I think it by the end of the film things start to shape up to actually look and feel like Star Wars, when it leads towards the original film. And people always wanted to see Kenobi and Anakin duel over a pit of lava and see how Vader became this more machine than man Frankenstein’s monster.
Of course the film ends just when things begin to get interesting and we never get to see suited Vader hunt down and destroy the Jedi Knights.
