I have to say that I actually much prefer the way the 93 sound mix is. The special effect sounds and music are very loud (which I love). For this reason I like the definitive collection.
The definitive is a bit too red and blurry (mainly for the first film), but still looks good.
I also enjoy the Fox Special Widescreen Editions. Those have more natural colors and are sharper.
