I’ll never understand those seemingly thrown together at random bootleg DVD texts.
Nice to see the thread revived now and again. 😃
Where were you in '77?
This is just sad.

Sorry to Necro-post but damn! this thread is a gift. Just joined and I’ve spent about half an hour just laughing at some of the more… (how can I put it kindly?)…eccentric sellers. The life size Ananaman and the Egyptian/irish descendant of the Skywalker bloodline were my favourites.
Thanks to ALL members of the forum whose tireless preservation efforts have allowed me to watch the original films as I remember them.
You all rule.
Two months is hardly a necrobump.
I regret not screncapping some of the older auctions for posterity.

In a similar vein, stuff that sold for batsh*t crazy prices. 😉

Take a look at this german ebay auction:
The seller has a “theatre preview flyer” (sorry, i don’t know the specific english term) which teases ROTJ with its original name
REVENGE OF THE JEDI — in german — DIE RACHE DER JEDI-RITTER
Very interesting…
Rogue One is redundant. Just play the first mission of DARK FORCES.
The hallmark of a corrupt leader: Being surrounded by yes men.
‘The best visual effects in the world will not compensate for a story told badly.’ - V.E.S.
‘Star Wars is a buffet, enjoy the stuff you want, and leave the rest.’ - SilverWook
Interesting, but they don’t seem to be asking crazy money for it.

Well, the auction ended for 316,25 €. Not too bad for a foldable piece of paper…
