I'm still a little confused by this, specifically as to where the material was sourced.
Is it that online both versions exist in HD? Or was the long cut re-edited to create the shorter cut? If there's footage exclusive to each, where did it come from?

DL’d this via Mega only to have it be corrupted! Got everything but the fanedit feature itself. Can someone up an mp4 for me? I can’t find it on TPB or any other source.

Hi, Can someone who has had luck with this please post a working link or other means to download this classic? I much preferred the re-cut version of the Heretic which actually ran in the theaters in 77, but they haven’t been available since the early days of VHS, and never on DVD or Blu-Ray. This is too great to miss, I have been trying to figure this out for weeks with no luck. Thanks so much!

no they aren’t, they’re both the same, only difference is that the quality on Shout’s release is much better
and the 103 minute version is actually the VHS cut, the actual theatrical version ran 110 minutes and has never seen a home video release
the 117 minute cut was basically the cut that was at the premiere before being re-edited to 110 minutes

Specifically interested w Boorman’s 102mn VHS (home video/international) cut / lesser trt / 00001.m2ts [17.52 GB]?
I’m aware of multiple director’s cut, including Boorman’s definitive 117mn assembly, as well as surplus of 102mn version (10 yrs ago); But ever since WB '14 boxset (and Shout’s more recent C.E.), the 117mn cut is now preferred cut, w 102mn availability depleted.
fyi: not requesting 110mn D.C., just inquiring into 102mn (home video/international) version. pleaseandthankyou
