I hate to tell you, but your Empire cover doesnt match the ones I have. The ones I got look, front and back, like totally authentic 20th Century Fox DVDs based on thte Faces video and LD box design. Yours is close, but ouldn't match. Sorry,bro. I can email you one if you wanna see what I mean.
