It actually is though. Like it or not, the movie was made with kids as a main part of the target audience. That’s a big part of the reason why it’s so popular, people of all ages can enjoy it. They just added those two random gory parts to prevent the movie getting a G rating, which would hurt its chances with adult audiences.
Was Walrus Man’s severed head also filmed?
I think it was, I clearly remember seeing footage of it online. It ended up being cut though, so it doesn’t really matter.
I only asked about the cut Walrus Man decapitation scene because the severed arm gif reminded me of some pics I found online.
It appears the film’s violence was originally stronger, before being toned down to appeal to a family audience.
