Hm. The 3PO line is just some extra context to hit the point home that this planet is so extremely remote that not even a robot can find it on a map. I don’t mind it, I guess.

Cutting the Luke line might add a tiny bit more suspense and surprise when Rey turns on the purple lightsaber. But it does sound like something a ghost Obi-Wan would say. It evokes that same feeling to me, a little. Can be cut.

The Finn line is tricky. It might be unclear what is happening off Exegol. We see all the ships on Exegol shut down because of their loss of connection, right? And then the off-world Star Destroyers are destroyed because of the galactic uprising, and those are just people doing it on their own. It’s unrelated to the Exegol connection thing being destroyed. That line from Finn, while it doesn’t make much sense, is necessary to convey the message that an actual uprising is happening all over the place at this time, not that the ships are just shutting down together (unless… they were just shutting down together.)
Off-topic a little, but if I could add in an extra scene, I’d show people on Naboo watching a Galaxy News Network broadcast of the success on Exegol, and then show the viewers looking up into the sky and seeing the new shot of the Star Destroyer there getting attacked and defeated. This wouldn’t flow with the montage as it is, but I find it kinda neat in theory.
