I just wanted to bump this thread again to let people know that I produced a mildly revised version of the ROTS/Siege edit I discussed here, tweaking both visual and audio transitions in minor ways, while still dealing with the limits of the source material (limited visual frames or cross audio between sources for some transitions, ect ect).

I’ve already shared release info for this on numerous reddits, and I have to confess, this project blew up so much that it’s led me to be involved in several more projects, ranging from extended 4K Episode I and II cuts, to an Extended Solo cut, to even an experimental attempt to upscale the Holiday Special (using 4K ANH FX shots and the EditDroid Broadcast tape master from a few years back).

I’ll still give out links via either an automated email reply (sheevsenate0505@gmail.com), or just share the google doc directly via PM with those who want it and message me. Again, this v2 is released in both 1080P SDR and 4K HDR, and used Hal/DrDre’s deleted scene footage, a 4K HDR upscale/recut of the 2005 Battle of Coruscant, and all native 4K HDR footage from the D+ releases of both the film and Siege itself.
