No one wants a DVD-R that has so small resolution as NTSC...
And if you use Computer (HTPC) to watch your DVDs you can slow down the speed to original 24fps with ReClock.Go for the PAL my friend! PAL has the Force in it!
But unfortunately I don't think there are any PAL versions existing... that's quite a problem...
