The Bad Batch arc of The Clone Wars takes place six months before Revenge of the Sith, Padmé has a slight bump then as well (even tries to tell him then).

The Siege of Mandalore arc takes place simultaneously with Revenge of the Sith, and also doesn’t take place over the course of several months.

Before you talk about how recent this season of Clone Wars is, remember that The Bad Batch was pitched by George Lucas, who approved the original scripts and timeline before the Disney buyout of Lucasfilm (though the scene with Padmé was a later addition). Ahsoka’s Walkabout as well, and was one of the people who said Han should be replaced with Nyx, and then Lando and Nyx both were replaced by the Martez sisters more recently.
